Every one costs between $10 and $15, and reading the descriptions side by side shows they draw on the same short list of actives: caffeine, retinol, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and peptides, in different vehicles. ✓ Most complete formula for the money: Restoring Eye Balm stick, $12. It is the only listing that states percentages — 0.25% retinol and 3% caffeine — alongside niacinamide, peptides and hyaluronic acid.
✓ For puffy mornings: Cooling Eye Roller or De-Puffing Eye Serum Roller, $13. Caffeine plus a cold metal rollerball is the same mechanism as a chilled mask, in a handbag format.

Two eye creams appear under two names at two prices — Brightening Eye Cream at $15 and If Eyes Could Smile Eye Cream at $10 — with identical descriptions. If you want that product, buy the $10 listing while both are live.
The four ingredients doing the work
Caffeine appears in six of the nine. Applied topically it constricts small blood vessels for a short time, which is why it is the standard de-puffing ingredient; the effect is temporary and works best with cold, which is what the metal rollerballs add. Retinol / retinoid appears in four. It is the one ingredient here with evidence for fine lines over months of use, and the one most likely to irritate thin under-eye skin — hence the 0.25% on the balm, a low concentration suitable for the area, and the advice to use one retinoid product rather than several. Niacinamide (four products) is the brightening and barrier-support ingredient, well tolerated at typical concentrations. Hyaluronic acid (five products) is a humectant; it makes skin look plumper while it is hydrated and does nothing structural.
The practical reading is that the products differ more in vehicle than in chemistry. A roller is caffeine in a watery serum with a cold ball; a balm is caffeine and retinol in wax; a cream is the same actives in an emollient base. Choose by when you will use it and what texture you tolerate under concealer.
Building a routine with the masks
- Morning: Cooling Eye Roller ($13) or, twice a week, a chilled pair of Gold or Bronze eye masks ($10 for six pairs). Not both on the same morning — the roller does what a mask does in less time.
- Evening: one retinoid product. The Restoring Eye Balm ($12) is the obvious choice for the under-eye; the Restoring Retinol Serum ($15) if you want retinol on the whole face and are prepared to keep it away from the lash line.
- Dark circles that are brown rather than blue: the Vitamin C Serum ($15) in the morning targets pigmentation; caffeine products target the vascular kind.
- Sensitive or dry skin: Moisturizing Eye Roller or the Pink masks, skip the retinoids until skin is comfortable.
