Strapsicle is an Australian brand that ships from several warehouses, and its shipping page is more detailed than most small stores’: a rate for each main country, a free-shipping threshold in local currency, and a delivery estimate for a dozen regions. Its refund policy is equally specific about who pays return postage and when. We copied both from strapsicle.com on 4 September 2026 so you can price an order and know the exit terms before you buy.

✓ Cheapest way to ship a single pair in the US is $1.99 — untracked. If that worries you, priority tracked is $10.99, or push the order to $55 (the $61 Ultimate Kindle Collection does it) and shipping is free.

The US untracked option is unusual and worth understanding. At $1.99 it is essentially letter post: no tracking number, and the shipping policy states the brand is not responsible for orders lost in transit. For a $19.99 pair of straps that is a reasonable gamble; for a $61 bundle it is not, which is why the free-shipping threshold matters — free shipping is the standard service, so a US order over $55 also travels untracked unless you pay the $10.99 for priority. Strapsicle sells a $2.00 “Shipping Protection” add-on at checkout that covers damage, loss or theft in transit; on an untracked parcel it is the only recourse you have.
How long delivery takes
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (weekend orders go out the next business day; sales and launches add time). Australian orders ship with Australia Post — standard tracked 2–6 business days, express up to 3. International tracking numbers appear 3–4 business days after dispatch. Add the 1–2 days of processing, and a UK order can take three weeks door to door in the worst case. Customs duties, taxes and tariffs are the buyer’s responsibility everywhere; the policy is explicit that Strapsicle does not cover them. Pre-order items hold the whole order — in-stock products ship together with the pre-order when it arrives.
Faulty or damaged: the 12-month warranty
All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Regular wear and tear — a strap that stretches after a year of daily use, a clutch zip that frays — is excluded. The process is the easiest part of the policy: email hello@strapsicle.com with photos and a replacement is dispatched free; you do not send the faulty item back. For damage visible on arrival, photograph it immediately and email the same address.

Two exceptions route around this policy. A size mistake on straps goes through the Free Fit Guarantee — one free exchange per order, same colour, email a photo of the device — rather than a paid return; our size guide sets out its seven conditions. And clearance products (Berry straps at $9.99, Last Chance clutches at $14.99, Oasis straps) are sale items and cannot be returned at all, so they are only worth buying when you already know your size.
Ordering tips by country
- US: either accept untracked $1.99 for a cheap single item, or reach $55 and add the $2 Shipping Protection. Do not pay $10.99 priority on a $20 order unless you need it by a date.
- Australia: $60 AUD is the lowest free-shipping bar relative to prices, and the domestic post is the fastest — Classic Pack plus a sticker pack clears it.
- UK: £45 is a high bar for a straps-only order; budget £2.99 and up to 12 business days, and remember duties may apply on arrival.
- Canada and NZ: the $10.99–11 standard rate is more than half the price of a strap pair — bundles are the only economical order.
