Grüns is unusually explicit about how its subscription works — the refund policy states that support will not cancel a subscription on your behalf, and that the 30-day refund applies to your first order only — so it pays to read the terms before the first box arrives rather than after the second. ✓ The first order is low-risk. You have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund through the returns portal or care@gruns.co, and you do not send anything back.
✓ Cancelling is self-service. Log in to the account portal and skip, pause or cancel. Emailing support to cancel will get you pointed back to the portal — this is written into the policy.
✗ Month two is the real price. The discounted first order (from $29.99 adults, $24.99 kids) renews at the standard price — $66.65 for adult Low Sugar, $73.32 Sugar-Free, $53.32 Kids — unless you act before the renewal date.

The 30-day first-order refund, exactly as written
The policy is short and worth quoting in substance rather than paraphrasing loosely. It offers a 30-day refund policy for your first order, counted from the date you receive it. The order must be the first you have ever placed with Grüns. You request it at gruns.loopreturns.com or by emailing care@gruns.co. If accepted, the refund goes back to your original payment method, and — the line that matters — you do not need to send the product back. Eligible refunds are for the full value of the order.
Three limits apply. It covers Grüns supplement products only, not the hoodies, tees and hats in the merchandise shop, which are final sale. It does not apply to second or later orders. And if you are in the European Union, a separate 14-day cooling-off right lets you cancel or return for any reason regardless of the above.
How to cancel or skip, step by step
Grüns states that it does not cancel orders after they have been placed and does not cancel subscriptions for customers; instead it provides an always-available account portal. In practice:
- Log in at gruns.co with the email you ordered with (the order confirmation has a link to the portal).
- Open your subscription. You will see the next charge date and the ship frequency (every 4 weeks for a 28-pack, or every 12 weeks on the quarterly plan).
- Choose Skip to push one delivery back a cycle, Pause if the portal offers it, or Cancel to stop renewals. Do this before the next charge date; once an order is placed, the policy says it will not be cancelled, and it will not be refundable unless it is your first order.
- Keep the confirmation email. If a charge goes through after a cancellation you can document, email care@gruns.co with it.
If the “first order” 30-day window is still open when you decide the product is not for you, do both: cancel in the portal and file the refund request. Cancelling alone does not trigger a refund.
What month two actually costs

Two portal offers worth understanding: “Upgrade to Quarterly” switches you from 1 pouch every 4 weeks to 3 pouches every 12 weeks (or 2 → 6 pouches for two-a-day users). It does not change the per-pack price, it changes how often you are charged, which means fewer chances to skip. The cash-back offers (10–24.5% cash back, or double that as store credit) are redeemed from the confirmation email after purchase and are separate from the subscription discount.
Is subscribing still worth it?
Yes, for the first order — it is the cheapest way to try the product and the only order the refund covers.
