Where returns actually go, and a clause worth flagging

Processing takes 10–15 business days once the warehouse receives the item, and every return is “tested and inspected upon receipt.” One clause is notably buyer-unfriendly and wasn’t in our original check: DYLN’s own policy states, “if you are shipping items over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.” In practice, that means the risk of a lost return shipment falls on the customer, not DYLN.
