We went through the deals that luggage and bag brands were showing on their own websites on October 3, 2026, and list only offers we could see on the page, with the code and end date wherever the brand stated one.

Not on sale when we checked: Briggs & Riley showed no promotion (it offers free US shipping on orders over $99 and free US returns), Vera Bradley’s main site had a clearance section but no headline sale, and Patagonia had Web Specials without a sitewide offer.

JenniBag Travel Bag 2.0: $98, or two for $158
JenniBag’s 2-in-1 garment duffel has a hanging section for up to 10 pieces, a shoe compartment, a padded 15-inch laptop sleeve and a trolley sleeve, in a listed size of 21 × 9 × 12 inches. The Classic costs $98 and the Roller Edition with a detachable wheeled base $158. The Fall Travel Together offer brings two bags to $158, or $79 each, with free travel gifts, and website orders include a free Jenni Shoe Bag. Calpak Luka Duffel: $117.30 instead of $138
Calpak’s 15% off sitewide applies automatically at checkout until October 16, 2026 at 6 PM PT. The Luka Duffel is a 25-liter bag that Calpak lists as a personal item, with a dedicated shoe compartment and a luggage sleeve but no laptop sleeve. The larger Luka Large ($151.30 instead of $178) holds 42 liters. Calpak returns cost a $12.95 fee and exclude final-sale items; the Luka page text included a final-sale notice that may apply only to international orders, so confirm in the cart.
Lo & Sons Catalina Deluxe Large: $150.40 instead of $188
The Catalina Deluxe Large is a 49-liter weekender with a padded shoe compartment at the bottom and a trolley sleeve. Lo & Sons tagged it 30% off, but $150.40 is 20% below $188 — still a fair price, just not the one on the label. Returns are accepted within 30 days, with $10 deducted from the refund.
Monos Metro Duffel: $191 instead of $225
The Metro Duffel is smaller at 19.6 liters, but it has a 15-inch laptop compartment, a trolley sleeve and a 2-year limited warranty. Spending $150 or more adds a free gift at checkout. Monos deducts a $25 return shipping fee from refunds on bags, and its product page showed a sold-out notice when we checked, so confirm stock before you count on this deal.
Tumi Double Expansion Duffel: $415 instead of $595
If you want a premium duffel, Tumi’s sale section had 95 items at 20–30% off. Standard shipping is free on US orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), and Tumi accepts returns of unused items within 30 days with a prepaid label.
Béis Crescent Weekender: $93 instead of $124
Béis’s smallest weekender (32.2 liters) has a bottom shoe compartment, a trolley sleeve and a laptop pocket, and Béis says it can go as a personal item. Its product data carried a final-sale tag, so check whether it can be returned before you order.
Cheap travel bags under $100
If “cheap travel bag” is the priority, these were the lowest prices we found on brand websites on October 3, 2026. Cheaper bags tend to have shorter warranties and stricter returns, so the policy columns of our garment duffel comparison are worth a look before you decide.

Two cautions: Vera Bradley’s Outlet says the Grand Weekender cannot be shipped to nine states, including California and New York, and LOVEVOOK’s 1-year warranty applies only to orders from its own website.

How to tell a real sale from a marketing one
- Do the math. Labels and prices do not always match: Away tagged its Sport Backpack “15% off” while showing $240 → $157 (about 35%), and Lo & Sons’ “30% off” Catalina Deluxe Large is 20% off.
- Treat crossed-out prices as the brand’s reference. JenniBag lists the Travel Bag 2.0 at $98 against $196; a compare-at price tells you what the brand calls full price, not what the bag usually sells for.
- Check the return rules for sale items. Final-sale tags, return fees ($10 at Lo & Sons, $12.95 at Calpak, $25 at Monos) and damage-only policies change what a “deal” is worth.
