Evereden’s shipping and returns are generous for US customers and strict for everyone else, and the line between the two is sharper than the site banners suggest. “Free US returns” is true — for 14 days, on any order, with the refund in full. “Free US shipping” depends on your order size or your loyalty tier. And an order shipped to Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Singapore cannot be returned at all. Where Evereden ships
From its own store: the 48 contiguous US states, plus Australia, Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand and Singapore. It does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or US territories. The brand also points international customers to Sephora in Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand — relevant because Sephora’s local return policies apply there, whereas Evereden’s own international orders do not come with any.

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days from a California warehouse. The $49 threshold is measured after any discount code, so a 25%-off code on a $60 basket drops you below the line and adds $8.15 — check the cart total, not the list total. International customers should also expect customs clearance delays on top of the quoted transit and are responsible for any duties.
The rewards programme, as far as it is published
Evereden’s “Gen E Rewards” programme has three tiers named on the shipping page — Insider, VIP and Luxe VIP — and the one concrete, published benefit is shipping: Insiders pay the standard $8.15 under $49, VIP and Luxe VIP ship free on every US order. The rewards page itself loads its content dynamically and we could not read the points or tier thresholds from it, so we do not quote them; if the site shows you a points balance, that is the authoritative figure. The store also advertises a free sample with every order.

Fourteen days is short compared with the 30–60 days some skincare brands offer, and it runs from delivery, so a product that arrives on a Friday and is first used the following weekend leaves you about a week to decide. International orders: final sale
The returns page states that all international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are ineligible for refund or exchange. Combined with $15–30 shipping and two-week delivery, an international first order should be small and certain — a travel size ($9) is the sensible test, not a $96 gift set. If Sephora carries Evereden in your country, its store return policy is a real advantage over ordering direct.
