✓ Open the box on the doorstep and photograph anything wrong. You have seven days from delivery to report damage or a wrong item, photos are required, and the brand asks you to keep the containers.

Note what is missing: there is no published shipping policy at all — the Shipping Policy page on the store is blank — so transit times, packaging (insulation, ice packs) and shipping cost are only visible at checkout. The product page says only “Refrigerate to preserve freshness”.
Why this matters more for dough than for a T-shirt
Three features of the product amplify a no-refund policy. It is perishable and shipped to be refrigerated, so a box left in the sun for an afternoon may arrive soft or warm — and the carrier exclusion means that is not automatically the brand’s problem. It is a taste product with five distinct flavours, and taste is the one thing the policy names as non-refundable. And the pack economics push you toward volume: an 8-pack at $44.99 is $5.62 a jar against $7.99 for a single, a saving that only pays off if you already know you like the flavour.
An ordering plan that caps the downside

- Ship to where you will be. Because a “delivered” scan ends the brand’s responsibility, choose a work address or a day you are home rather than a porch.
- Inspect immediately. Open the outer box, photograph the jars in the packaging, check the flavours against your order and the seals for damage, then refrigerate.
- Report within 7 days if anything is off, by email, with the photos and order number. Ask specifically for a replacement, since that is what the policy offers.
